Terms

Collection Batch Desk helps you prepare patch and undo CSV files for use with collection systems. By using it, you agree to review exported files before applying them to another system and to keep an independent backup of your source catalog.

License

The free desk includes catalog import, filtering, staging, undo, and exports. Desk Plus is a $19 one-time purchase that unlocks automatic local workspace restore for one purchaser. The checkout receipt and license token are proof of purchase. Do not share or resell a token.

Payments and refunds

Sociobot / Dodo is the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes, receipts, and refund requests. A refunded purchase revokes its license.

Your data

You retain ownership of catalog data and exported files. The app processes collection data locally as described in the privacy notice.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, its maintainers are not liable for catalog loss or downstream import errors. Always inspect the patch and keep the undo manifest and original export.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, evade license checks, or use it in violation of applicable law.
