Privacy

Collection Batch Desk is local-first. Catalog CSVs, thumbnail files, selections, and staged changes are processed in your browser. We do not upload or receive that collection data.

Data on your device

Your theme choice and, if you buy Desk Plus, your license token, daily verification result, and optional resumable workspace are stored in local browser storage. You can remove the license from the product menu and clear the rest through your browser's site-data controls.

Remote thumbnails

Remote image loading is off by default. If you turn it on, your browser contacts the image hosts listed in your CSV. Those hosts may receive your IP address and browser request details. Local image files never leave your browser.

Purchase and license checks

If you purchase Desk Plus, Sociobot and Dodo act as merchant of record and process checkout information under their own policies. The app sends only your license token to Sociobot when verifying access, at most once each day. No catalog content is included.

Analytics

This version includes no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, or third-party runtime scripts.
